Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Programmatic Media Buyer is responsible for executing, managing and optimising cross-device programmatic media campaigns. This role entails working with a client side account team and media planner to architect and deliver campaigns that align with the advertiser\u2019s objectives.<\/p>\n

The Programmatic Media Buyer must be eager to learn emerging programmatic tactics and ad technologies in order to consistently deliver informed programmatic media solutions and overall innovation.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Collaborate with media planning and sales team, informing strategy and programmatic media buying best practices<\/li>\n
• Build and launch cross-device campaigns in Demand-Side Platforms<\/li>\n
• Manage ad trafficking and creative assets<\/li>\n
• Perform ad verification and create live campaign screen shots<\/li>\n
• Monitor ad delivery and discrepancies across multiple measurement platforms<\/li>\n
• Run reports and provide campaign performance insights during and post campaign<\/li>\n
• Maintain relationships with publisher networks and sites to grow access to high quality inventory<\/li>\n
• Educate and mentor Associate Media Buyers<\/li>\n
• Contribute to process efficiency, overall product growth and innovation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Experience & Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent<\/li>\n
  • 2+ years experience in programmatic media buying<\/li>\n
  • Understanding of online ad formats and specs including video, mobile and native<\/li>\n
  • Experience working with DSPs and ad servers<\/li>\n
  • Understanding of RTB, private marketplace and programmatic direct<\/li>\n
  • Understanding of website tracking tags (Conversion and retargeting)<\/li>\n
  • Strong organisational skills and detail oriented<\/li>\n
  • Analytical thinking and quantitative skills<\/li>\n
  • Strong computer skills<\/li>\n
  • Provide exceptional customer service<\/li>\n
  • Ability to thrive in a fast growing environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Salary up to $120,000 + super.<\/p>\n
